The key components to our implementation programme include;
- Review prior to preparation of any submission that each proposal would be consistent with company skills, risk profile, policies and systems.
- Monthly review of task completions against target service levels with a view to using experience and data collected to refine systems and practices.
- 90 day reviews of current and recently completed works, with an agenda covering all practices; products and supplier selections; waste management and WHS systems, especially in the context of upcoming opportunities.
