The initial project involved the retro-fit of a sprinkler and essential services system throughout a four floor, seventy room aged care facility. Approx three years later we returned to carry out the construction of a second lift shaft which was retrofitted through the same, operating four storey aged care facility at Lane Cove in associated with other compliance upgrade and general refurbishment works.
