This project involved the extension of two areas of the club’s first floor footprint together with removal of an existing central concrete column to allow better viewing of the new stage. This extension provided additional entertainment amenities and increased floor area to relieve internal congestion and extend the Sports Bar, TAB and gaming areas. All works were carried out during the clubs normal trading operations and we have returned on several occasions over the subsequent six years to continue to assist the club with alterations and upgrades to keep pace with rapidly changing legislation affecting licensed premises.
Refurbishment of the entire first floor accommodation facilities of 17 rooms including new and refurbished bathrooms all constructed over the club’s operating dining, kitchen and entertainment facilities. The works were accessed and supplied entirely through a first floor window via an external hoist, without interruption to the facilities below. We have returned several times over the subsequent years to assist the club with a range of repairs and alteration type projects within a range of areas within the club’s facilities.
