In a building with no loading dock or parking, the amenities to levels four and five were completely altered in plan and re-constructed to incorporate male and female WCs, new shower rooms and kitchens where all works were undertaken within an occupied, heritage listed building.
Refurbishment of the entire first floor accommodation facilities of 17 rooms including new and refurbished bathrooms all constructed over the club’s operating dining, kitchen and entertainment facilities. The works were accessed and supplied entirely through a first floor window via an external hoist, without interruption to the facilities below. We have returned several times over the subsequent years to assist the club with a range of repairs and alteration type projects within a range of areas within the club’s facilities.
