Removal and replacement with new structure to street awnings at ANZ Mosman and Vinnies Neutral Bay. Both these projects required the entire awnings to be removed and re-constructed with new structural connections to the existing buildings. Both premises remained open and trading for the duration of the works which was also completed without impact to traffic on adjacent main roads.
The original Sport Bar Refurbishment works included the removal of a steel re-inforced concrete column to improve the sight lines to the new stage. The was substituted with a 750mm deep steel beam over 14m long installed to the roof of the building and bolted through to support the slab over the column being removed. All this work was undertaken while the surrounding club Sport Bar and TAB area remained open for trade.
Creating openings through re-inforced concrete slabs for the installation of internal stairwells within multi-floor tenancies such as levels 6 and 7 at 77 Pacific Hwy North Sydney.
