Conversion of a vacated 4,000m2 BBC hardware store into three bulky goods warehouses which during construction was re-designed and converted to suit commercial demand for a Fitness First and Repco tenancy.
Strip-out and make good of office and warehouse premises over 5,000m2 and then make ready for occupation by Legrand, an electrical component supplier.
Concurrent works undertaken for building owner and tenant to reduce the tenant floor area occupied by dividing over 1,000m2 of floor area and splitting associated services then meeting the tenant’s making good requirements in the vacant portion. Upon completion of these works, returning to re-fit the smaller tenancy to suit the building owner’s requirements. All works were undertaken without interruption to the controlled computer room environment within the tenancy.
